Country Income Subsidy: 20% discount on the registration fee for Regular International participants (except students and accompanying persons) from low- and middle-income countries, based on the World Bank country income classification.

Additional Fee: USD 50 – payable onsite at the ARS 2027 Secretariat/LOC Desk.

International delegates who wish to participate in the full-day Technical & Cultural Excursion (visiting ITI/IBMBB genomics research centers, Sigiriya, Kandy, or Ella tea highlands) should complete this separate reservation form. The Technical Excursion is organized locally and cannot be booked via the central AFOB portal. Please note that an email verification link will be sent to confirm your registration.

Notice for International Delegates: Settle the USD 50.00 fee upon your arrival at the Secretariat / LOC Desk at Courtyard by Marriott Colombo. An email verification link (not an OTP) will be sent to your email to verify and lock in your reservation.
